We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order or return a product. 1. Order Cancellation and Refunds:

1.1 Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, please notify us at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the delivery cost. We will issue a full refund for your canceled order, excluding any applicable inspection, modification, or bank fees.

1.2 Refunds for Returned Products:
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on containers purchased from Auto swift cargo containers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the refund amount will be less any inspection, modification, bank charges, cancellation, trucking, and handling fees incurred during the initial transaction.

2. Product Condition and Inspection:

We guarantee that the shipping containers we sell are structurally sound and free from leaks upon delivery. However, we recommend inspecting the shipping container(s) before the driver leaves your delivery location or before you pick them up from the depot. While shipping containers may exhibit cosmetic imperfections such as dents, dings, repairs, rust, and scratches resulting from transportation, these conditions are considered normal and do not affect their functionality.

In the event that you receive a shipping container requiring repair, please notify us before the delivery driver departs. We offer the following options to address repair needs:

  1. Repair reimbursement
  2. On-site repair by our team
  3. Exchange of the unit (additional delivery fees may apply)
  4. Refund of the purchase price, less any inspection, modification, bank charges, cancellation, trucking, and handling fees incurred.

3. Delivery Requirements and Site Suitability:

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery route and the designated delivery site can accommodate the safe and efficient placement of a large and heavy shipping container. If, upon arrival, the driver determines that the delivery route or site is unsuitable, you must provide an alternative location that meets the necessary requirements. Failure to do so may result in charges for delivery refusal or an unsuitable site, as outlined above.

4. Returns of Container Parts and Accessories:

We also accept returns for container parts and accessories within 14 days of receipt, provided the items remain unused and are returned in their original packaging. Upon receiving the returned items in good condition, Trader Cargo Container will issue a full refund, excluding the initial shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the return to be processed.

Please note that discounted items are not eligible for return. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost during transit. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s) or valid proof of return delivery.
